The Hong Kong Cone is a community-created cosmetic item for all classes. It resembles an Asian rice hat, a conical hat typically made of straw or matting used to protect the wearer from the sun or rain. The fibers holding the hat together are paintable.
The Hong Kong Cone was contributed to the Steam Workshop.
