Ze Goggles are a community-created headwear item for the Medic, appearing as a pair of chunky, military-spec night-vision goggles.
Trivia
- Ze Goggles' description is a reference to one of Rainier Wolfcastle's lines from The Simpsons' Season 7 episode "Radioactive Man", which has since developed into a meme. The line Radioactive Man yells out when he is splashed by sulfuric acid is "My eyes! The goggles do nothing!"
- Ze Goggles are also a reference to the Ecto-Goggles (officially dubbed the Paragoggles in Ghostbusters: The Video Game) which appear in the Ghostbusters series; their name originally being Ect-oh Goggles. This may be a reference to the fact that the Medic looks quite similar to Egon Spengler, and that the Medi Gun and backpack he wears bear a resemblance to the Neutrona Wand and Proton Pack respectively.
- 5p3tch, The creator of this hat, was also the creator of the Special Delivery Pack.
