The World Traveler's Hat is a hat that can be worn by all classes. It is received when a player purchases a stamp from the Mann Co. Store and is ranked from Bronze to Platinum based on how many stamps have been purchased.
It appears as a British Captain's hat from the 1500's and gains a particle effect if the player plays on the map the stamp was purchased for.
