A Handsome Handy Thing is a community-created cosmetic item for all classes. It is a severed hand with bones sticking out and blood dripping down from the wrist that "holds" the top of the mercenary's head.

This item has two styles, named "Fresh" and "Expired". The "Expired" style changes the color of the hand's skin to a grayish green, and causes the blood to be painted instead of the hand.

When players equipped with this item kill an enemy unassisted by another player, the killfeed shows everyone in Pyroland that it gets the assist, with its custom name if it has one.

A Handsome Handy Thing was contributed to the Steam Workshop.
