The Corpse Carrier is a community-created cosmetic item for the Scout. It apparently cuts off the lower half of the Scout's body, who is now carried by a second, emotionless "Scout", and leaves his spine sticking out from the bottom of his bloody torso.
The Corpse Carrier was contributed to the Steam Workshop.
