The Well-Rounded Rifleman is a community-created cosmetic item for all classes. It is a dark gray/blue patrol cap commonly worn by the military personnel of some countries in the field when a combat helmet is not required.
The Well-Rounded Rifleman was contributed to the Steam Workshop.

Trivia
- The Well-Rounded Rifleman makes an appearance in an easter egg in the game The Stanley Parable. Typing "hideous" into the game's console will randomly load this page or the page for the Graybanns, HDMI Patch, Soldered Sensei, Soldier's Sparkplug, Steel Shako, Timeless Topper, or Western Wear. All of these items were contributed by Andrea Jörgensen, who also worked on The Stanley Parable as a 3D artist. [1]
