The Blighted Beak is a community-created miscellaneous item for the Medic. It appears as a bird-like mask that is styled directly after the primitive respirators historically worn by Template:W.

- The Blighted Beak has major clipping issues with the Voodoo Juju, Humanitarian's Hachimaki, Spine-Chilling Skull, the Berliner's Bucket Helm, and the Halloween masks. [1]
