The Blighted Beak is a community-created miscellaneous item for the Medic. It appears as a bird-like mask that is styled directly after the primitive respirators historically worn by Template:W.

- The Blighted Beak is added to the Mann Co. Store, made craftable and included in random drops.
- The Blighted Beak is updated with a creator submitted fix.
- The Blighted Beak is made paintable and the creator submitted fixes are correctly implemented.

Bugs
- The Blighted Beak has major clipping issues with the Voodoo Juju, Humanitarian's Hachimaki, Spine-Chilling Skull, the Berliner's Bucket Helm, and the Halloween masks. [1]
Trivia
- Beak masks, whilst finding popularity in mask parties, originated as a makeshift gas mask for Medieval Template:W during the Black Death. The beak was reputed to be filled with scented materials.
