Berliner's Bucket Helm appears to be a slightly worn gray and team-colored Template:W helmet, with a cross-shaped eye slit. The Berliner's Bucket Helm appeared on the publicity artwork for Medieval mode, and was created as part of the Medieval Medic item set.
Although the helmet is shown bundled with the Medieval Medic set at the Mann Co. Store, it is not required that it be equipped to obtain the item set bonus.
