The Flair! is a miscellaneous item wearable by all classes. The item is a set of small badges and can be sprayed with the Decal Tool. The backpack icon shows BLU and RED team logos, a picture of Saxton Hale's face, and of the Team Fortress 2 logo. Each class wears the set of badges in a different fashion, with some badges being worn more than once, and others varying in size.
It is worth noting that with the removal of the Painterly effect you can no longer create full colored decals for application to this item and are instead limited to a maximum of five or so colors.
