The Heartwarming Headache is an unreleased headwear item for all classes.
Taunting with this item equipped while an enemy is nearby will cause the headhumper to jump to the nearest enemy player's head, instantly killing him. The headhumper will then happily jump and return to owner's head.
The Heartwarming Headache was contributed to the Steam Workshop.
