Ellis' Cap is a new unlockable headwear item. It's a reference to the hat worn by Ellis, a character from Valve's zombie shooter franchise, Left 4 Dead 2. It is still unknown how this hat is obtained, but it is very possible that it will be unlocked when obtaining an achievement, like the Alien Swarm Parasite, in Left 4 Dead 2 related to The Sacrifice DLC arriving on October 5th, but none of the announced achievements mentioned hats at all.
