The Party Hat is a headwear item for all classes. It is a team-colored conical hat with darker colored swirls, held together by staples in the back. It is similar to the one previously attached to players in birthday mode, this one being larger in size.
The Party Hat is given to all users who played Team Fortress 2 during the 15th and 16th anniversary of Team Fortress.

Bugs
- When viewed in the class selection screen as Sniper or Taunt with melee weapons, the default animation is present. This results in tipping or taking of the Party Hat far from where it actually is.
