The Milkman is an unlockable headwear item for the Scout. It appears as a white peaked cap with a stripped band and a black visor.
As with all of the item set hats, Valve has stated they are going to create a specific crafting recipe for the Milkman.
Item set
This item is part of the Special Delivery set. When the entire set is worn, the set provides this additional bonus:
- +25 max health

- This type of hat was commonly worn by milkmen of the 1950s.
- The hat could be a joke on the Scout's speed, as milkmen need to be fast to deliver the milk on time.
- Alternatively it can be a reference to the Psychonauts character The Milkman, who wears a similar hat and also fights using milk bottles.
- This is the second hat 5p3tch has contributed to the game, the first being Ze Goggles.
