The Mann Co. Cap is a bonus included with a player's first purchase from Mann Co. Store for limited time. It appears as a tan baseball cap with the Mann Co. logo. The item is non-tradable and cannot be crafted.

Trivia
- This is a limited offer item for people who makes any purchase in the in-game Mann Co. Store. It is not currently known when the offer will expire, although it is rumored to do so by the next major update.
- It was possible to obtain multiple Mann Co. Caps by making multiple, separate purchases from the Mann Co. Store for the first 24 hours, this was later corrected.
- This is one of the five items in TF2 that have the logo of Mann Co. on it (the other four being the Direct Hit, Pugilist's Protector, Whoopee Cap and the Medals).
- When using the Sniper melee taunt, the hat will not be removed and will hold onto thin air, much like the Master's Yellow Belt, Ritzy Rick's Hair Fixative and Max's Severed Head
- Like all items purchased from the Mann Co. Store it is not tradable or craftable.
