The Virus Doctor is a community-created headwear item for the Medic. It is a robotized version of the Grimm Hatte. It appears to be bolted down to a thin metal plate with 2 thin yellow wires wrapping around the top of the hat. The top appears to be fastened down with the rest of the hat by a little hinge.
