The Das Metalmeatencasen is a community-created miscellaneous item for the Medic. This misc is a stylized version of the German WWI Infantrie-panzer bullet resistant body armor. This armor was issued in conjuction with a Stirnpanzer, or in TF2, the Das Naggenvatcher, to German Sentry Guns, Snipers and machinegunners from 1916 until 1918.
The Das Metalmeatencasen was contributed to the Steam Workshop under the name "Heavy Defender".
