The Bigg Mann on Campus is a community-created miscellaneous item for the Scout. It changes the Scout's default shirt into a leather varsity jacket with white sleeves, pockets and white and team-colored cuffs and collar.
The Bigg Mann on Campus was contributed to the Steam Workshop under the name "The Big Bully".
