The Ward is a community-created miscellaneous item for the Medic. It appears as a large overcoat that adds straps and an undershirt. It is reminicent of a WWI or WWII German infantry overcoat, except it is white, not gray. The shoulder markings are German infantry NCO or sergent rank shoulder boards.
Note that in the preview on the store or in inventory, the sleeves conflict with the gloves and have buckes at the ends. In game, the sleeves go into the gloves and no buckle is shown.
The Ward was contributed to the Steam Workshop, under the same name.
