The Slick Cut is a community-created headwear item for the Medic. It consists of a team-colored headband on top of a taller, beige headband that is held together with a clip, and brown wavy hair, on which the headbands are worn.
The Slick Cut was contributed to the Steam Workshop, under the same name.
