The Bozo's Brogues is a miscellaneous item for the Spy. They are a pair of red and white clown shoes that replace the Spy's default shoes. There are Pyrovision versions of these shoes.
The Bozo's Brogues were contributed to the Steam Workshop under the name "Rogue's Brogues". See the Pyrovision version of the Rogue's Brogues' Steam Workshop post here.
