The left eye-hole is stitched up; a blood-like liquid appears to be seeping through the fabric around the stitches. The loose material over the chin, and on the back of the head move with the Demoman.
The Headtaker's Hood was contributed to the Steam Workshop under the name "Executioner_demo", and was previously contributed as part of "Faceless killer_v3".
