The Runner's Warm-Up is a community-created headwear item for the Scout. It replaces his default hat and headphones with a team-colored brimmed ski cap and goggles. The pom-pom in the back swings as the Scout moves.
The Runner's Warm-Up was contributed to the Steam Workshop under the same name.
