The Heer's Helmet is a cosmetic item for the Medic. It is a German Stahlhelm, with a white cover bearing the Medic's Emblem on the front. A toque, or "Oma", is worn beneath the helmet covering the Medic's neck and ears, as worn by German soldiers during the winter months of the second world war, particularly on the Eastern Front.
The name refers to the German Heer, or "Army", the largest branch of the Wehrmacht during the second world war.
The Heer's Helmet was contributed to the Steam Workshop.
