Max's Severed Head is a promotional headwear item, wearable by all classes. It is the eponymous Max's head with his jaw removed, giving the appearance of him biting on the wearer's head. The ears swing when in motion.

This item was awarded to players who purchased Sam & Max: The Devil's Playhouse on Steam or Telltale store before April 26, 2010.
