A Brush with Death is a community-created cosmetic item for the Medic. It appears as a bushy, dark brown beard with a thick handlebar mustache, along with removing the Medic's left pupil, and adding scars across his left eyelid.
A Brush with Death was contributed to the Steam Workshop.
