The License to Maim is a currently unreleased promotional Miscellaneous item to be worn by all classes. It appears as the Freelance Police badge used by the characters Sam and Max.

The medal is awarded alongside the Lugermorph after defeating Max during a special round of Poker Night at the Inventory.
