The Handyman's Handle is an unlockable headwear item for the Pyro, released in the Mann-Conomy update. It appears as a plunger, worn on top of the Pyro's head.

Trivia
- Plungers worn on the head are an old-fashioned comedic reference to stupidity, or lack of intelligence. This could be yet another reference to the Pyro's supposed lack of sanity.
- The wooden handle wasn't snapped off originally; it was broken later to reduce the height of the hat. The texture still reflects this.
