The Pocket Heavy is a community-created cosmetic item for the Medic. It is a small Heavy doll that's wearing a Tough Guy's Toque in the Medic's coat pocket.
The Pocket Heavy was contributed to the Steam Workshop under the name "Pocket Heavy (Tiny Guy's Toque style)".
