The Virus Doctor is a community-created cosmetic item for the Medic. It is a robotized version of the Grimm Hatte. It appears to be bolted down to a thin metal plate with 2 thin yellow wires wrapping around the top of the hat. The top appears to be fastened down on the rest of the hat by a little hinge.
The Virus Doctor was contributed to the Steam Workshop under the name "DIMM Hatte."
