- This item, along with the Bunnyhopper's Ballistics Vest, were submitted as part of an item set based on the Team Fortress Classic Medic's attire.
- "Brain bowl," or more commonly "brain bucket," is a slang term for helmets or any hardhat worn in combat scenarios, due to their failure to defect bullets and vision obscuration preventing the wearer from recognizing possible threats.
