Das Fantzipantzen is a community-created cosmetic item for the Medic. It replaces the Medic's coat with a butler's shirt, a team-colored overcoat, and a paintable bowtie.
Das Fantzipantzen was contributed to the Steam Workshop under the name "The Uncivil Servant."
