The Hot Heels are a community-created cosmetic item for the Scout. They are a pair of black sneakers with team-colored socks, along with a flame decal on the sides of the shoe.
The Hot Heels were contributed to the Steam Workshop.

- This item's name refers to Hot Wheels, a popular brand of die-cast toy cars.
- This name also refers to the phrase "hot on your heels" which means to following or chasing someone closely.
- Flame decals are common patterns on muscle cars due to the intimidating appearance and high spreading velocity of fire. Also, they are used on aforementioned Hot Wheels brand logo.
