The Horseless Headless Horsemann's Head is a headwear item available to all classes. It is awarded to all players who earn the Sleepy Holl0WND achievement, by contributing to the death of the Horseless Headless Horsemann that spawns in Mann Manor. It is available during the Halloween events only.
While wearing this hat, the player is immune to the Horseless Headless Horsemann's "Boo" taunt, but not the fright from the Ghost on Harvest.

Bugs
- The Pyro's filtering mask will be sticking out of the Horseless Headless Horsemann's Head.
Trivia
- Despite covering the whole head, items such as the Earbuds can still be worn with it equipped.
- Like several other Halloween hats, the Horseless Headless Horsemann's Head does not have a randomly selected level. Its level is always 31, presumably because Halloween is on the 31st of October.
- The eyes and mouth glow in the dark, like the bulb of the Mining Light or Earbuds.
- This hat has an unused file that would allow the glow to be team-colored called "pumpkin_hat_blue.vmt". Despite this, there is no texture for a blue glow, nor is the file actually used.
