Trivia
- The name "Harmburg" is a portmanteau, a combination of the word "harm" and the style of the hat, homburg.
- The original description referenced this hat's similarity with several other Spy hats, such as Fancy Fedora, Cosa Nostra Cap and Hat of Cards.
- This item, together with Blood Banker and Rogue's Brogues, formed Svdl's Gravelpit Emperor Spy set. Although the entire set was confirmed, it is not marked as set in-game.
- Originally, this hat had a second style, which would paint the hat instead of its band. It was removed due to the importer tool's limits, and, unlike Blood Banker's second style, it was not resubmitted.
- In addition, all items of the set were intended to have Pyroland versions, inspired by the Workshop observers constantly calling Rogue's Brogues "clown shoes." The Harmburg's pyroland version was later added in the Scream Fortress 2013 update as the Candyman's Cap.
