The Flapjack is a community-created cosmetic item for the Scout. It appears as a button-up Japanese style motorcycle jacket with a folded tip, revealing a grey undershirt.
The Flapjack was contributed to the Steam Workshop, under the name "Neo Tokyo Runner".
