The Pirate Bandana is a community-created cosmetic item for the Demoman. It consists of a team-colored bandana tied around the Demoman's head, that replaces his default beanie, and a pair of gold earrings, one in each of the Demoman's ears. The earrings and the bandana's knot move around with player movements.
The Pirate Bandana was contributed to the Steam Workshop under the name "Pirate_Bandana_v4".

Trivia
- This item, together with the Liquor Locker and the Bird-Man of Aberdeen, was a part of VLEK's "The Whaleman" Demoman set.
- Originally, this item had four styles. The style added is plain; the other styles added various prints, such as skulls and crossbones, bombs or sticky bombs. These three styles were removed due to importer tool limits.
