The Field Practice is a community-created cosmetic item for the Medic. This cosmetic gives the Medic a beret with a cross shaped badge and a headset.
The Field Practice was contributed to the Steam Workshop.

Trivia
- Field practice refers to performance of acquired professional skills specific to the field as opposed the office. Professional medical treatment adapted to the conditions of combat is one form of such field practice.
