The Flunkyware is a cosmetic item for the Scout. It is a pair of yellow rubber boots that replace the Scout's default shoes, and a belt with a yellow monarch symbol, similar to the boots and belts worn by the Monarch Henchmen on the television show The Venture Bros.
This item was later contributed to the Steam Workshop, at Valve's request.
