What the hell was that crap?
The Scout as his GateBot Light self-destructed.

The Glitched Circuit Board is a cosmetic item added in the November 22, 2013 Patch. It is a damaged, dark green Printed Circuit Board, with six resistors, four capacitors, and a red inductor, which is connected to the board with a yellow wire, visible on the board.

Similiarly to the Barely-Melted Capacitor, this item doesn't change the appearance of any of the classes when equipped.

Distribution

The November 22, 2013 Patch introduced a bug, where using the Fabricate Headgear, Fabricate Class Headwear, and Rebuild Headwear crafting recipes could sometimes result in the user receiving a Robo GateBot Light. As the name suggests, it is intended to be used exclusively by gatebots on the Intermediate Big Apple Barricade, and the Advanced Empire Escalation and Metro Malice missions of the Mann vs Machine map Mannhattan.

After the November 21, 2013 Patch, all Robo GateBot Lights that had been crafted were replaced with Glitched Circuit Boards.
