The Detective Noir is a community-created headwear item for the Spy and was chosen by Valve to be released with the December 17, 2010 Patch due to its outstanding quality. It appears as a stereotypical 1920s detective hat often associated with Template:W. It was a skin for the Spy hats in the Fancy vs. Nasty update.
