A Handsome Handy Thing is a community-created cosmetic item for all classes. It is a severed hand with bones sticking out and blood dripping down from the wrist that "holds" the top of the mercenary's head.

This item has two styles, named "Fresh" and "Expired". The "Expired" style changes the color of the hand's skin to a grayish green.

A Handsome Handy Thing was contributed to the Steam Workshop.
