The Battle Boonie is a community-created cosmetic item for the Medic. It is a white boonie hat with the Medic’s symbol on the front and back, with a thin black band wrapping around the hat and two ventilation holes on each side.
The Battle Boonie was contributed to the Steam Workshop.
