May 21, 2009 Patch (Sniper vs. Spy Update)
- [Undocumented] The Demoman's Fro was added to the game.
- Fixed the Demoman's Fro not cloaking properly when being used by a disguised Spy.
September 30, 2010 Patch (Mann-Conomy Update)
- The Demoman's Fro was made paintable.
- [Undocumented] The Demoman's Fro can now be uncrated with Unusual quality.
- The Demoman's Fro's painting texture was improved.
January 25, 2013 [Item schema update]
- The Demoman's Fro was removed from the item drop system and Mann Co. Store, and can no longer be uncrated with Unusual quality or crafted. Crates with the possibility to get the hat are unboxed in Unique quality.[1]
- [Undocumented] Added the Limited attribute to the Demoman's Fro.
