The Optic Nerve is a community-created cosmetic item for the Medic. It adds a contraption to the top of the Medic's head that exposes his brain inside a glass dome, connected by orange wires to a set of goggles that jut his eyes outward.
The Optic Nerve was contributed to the Steam Workshop.
