The Elf Care Provider is a community-created cosmetic item for the Medic. It gives the Medic a stereotypical elf hat with green and team-colored stripes and a yellow jingle bell at the end, as well as pointy ears.

When equipped, a soft jingling sound plays upon moving.

The Elf Care Provider was contributed to the Steam Workshop.
