The Throttlehead is a community-created cosmetic item for the Scout. It replaces the Scout's default hat and headphones with a team-colored bandanna with a pattern of the Team Fortress 2 logo, while also giving him longer hair, sideburns, and a goatee.

This item has two styles, named "Glasses" and "No Glasses". The "Glasses" style also gives the Scout a pair of aviator sunglasses, while the "No Glasses" style only gives him the bandanna and the extra hair.

The Throttlehead was contributed to the Steam Workshop.
