The Fizzy Pharmacist is a community-created cosmetic item for the Medic. It alters the Medic's coat to give him a button-down shirt with blank rolled-up sleeves and a soda jerk's vest worn over it (but underneath his suspenders) with a big, team-colored bow tie. The satchel on the left side of his belt is replaced with a pocket containing a team-colored bottle of "Mann Cola".
This item has two styles, named "Bubbly" and "Flat". The "Bubbly" style gives the vest white and team-colored vertical stripes, while the "Flat" style makes it entirely dark team-colored.
The Fizzy Pharmacist was contributed to the Steam Workshop.

- The "Pharmacist" part of the name refers to early soda fountains in the United States originating in drugstores, where pharmacists were the first to sell carbonated drinks.
