Max's Severed Head is a headwear item for all classes. The item was awarded to players who bought Template:W within the first week of its release and is no longer available. It appears to be Max's head with his jaw removed, giving the appearance that he's biting on the wearer's head.
In addition to the hat, two weapons were also released; the Lugermorph (a pistol usable by the Scout and Engineer) and the Big Kill (a revolver usable by the Spy). These weapons were part of preorder promotion for Sam & Max: The Devil's Playhouse (Telltale Games).
