The Blighted Beak is a community-created miscellaneous item for the Medic. It appears as a bird-like mask that is styled directly after the primitive respirators historically worn by Template:W.
Contents
Update history
- Added to the Mann Co. Store, made craftable and included in random drops.
Bugs
The Blighted Beak has major clipping issues with the following hats:[1]
- Otolaryngologist's Mirror
- Vintage Tyrolean
- Berliner's Bucket Helm
- Spine-Chilling Skull
- Voodoo Juju
- Saxton Hale Mask
- Wiki Cap
Trivia
- As the Blighted Beak and Le Party Phantom were previously wearable in the head slot (before the December 21, 2010 Patch), versions with the unusual quality were obtained through Festive Winter Crates. Thus, it is possible for players who wear both an unusual hat and an unusual Blighted Beak to have 2 unusual effects on their head simultaneously.
